Ilona is the fictive name of the Catwoman of track 12. She is self-destructive, but like anyone can also be saved. The stacked vocals were recorded over several hours, just riffing, and then slowly patched together. The strings were worked in the same way.
Ilona is the Hungarian version of the name Helen... like the face that launched a thousand ships.
